Our refund policy

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase, so we take a great deal of care to ensure that all of our products - including pre-loved books - are in great condition.

The very nature of second-hand/vintage/pre-loved books means that they won't be like a brand new book, and that added character and aging is what we love them for! Slightly crinkly corners, worn covers and a small amount of dog-eared pages are okay by us, however you won’t find any writing inside the book, damage to any pages or a generally battered book.

That being said, if you're unhappy with your purchase, please do get in touch with us here within 10 days of placing your order and we'll be more than happy to look into it for you!

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 10 days of placing your order to be eligible for a return. Be sure to get in touch sooner than later so that we're able to help.

Exchanges/refunds

We are unable to offer exchange or refund on second-hand books.

Our other products can be refunded if returned in a resaleable condition, please contact us to arrange this. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If we do need to issue you a refund for any reason, we will notify you once we've approved your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund - once the refund has been processed by us, we are unable to control how long it takes the funds to show up in your account.
