Refund policy
We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase, and take a great deal of care to ensure all books are in great condition.
The very nature of second-hand/vintage/pre-loved books means that they won't be like a brand new book, and that added character and aging is what we love them for! (Slightly crinkly corners, worn covers and a small amount of dog-earred pages are okay by us, however writing inside the book, damages to any pages or a generally battered book are an absolute NO.)
That being said, if you're unhappy with your purchase, please do just let us know via the Contact Us page within 10 days of placing your order and we'll be more than happy to look into this for you!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 10 days of placing your order to be eligible for a return, so please make sure to get in touch sooner than later so that we're able to help.
Exchanges/Refunds
If you have simply changed your mind, or have been gifted a book you already own, I'm afraid we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. We're a small business, and just can't handle these kinds of requests, especially given the second-hand nature of our items.
If we do need to issue you a refund for any reason, we will notify you once we've approved your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
